These terms apply when you use this website or buy from RetroPorts. We have kept them readable. If anything is unclear, ask us.
1. Who we are
RetroPorts is an independent online store based in Connecticut, USA. We sell the Retro Pulse handheld console. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any console maker or game publisher.
2. The product
The Retro Pulse is a Linux-based handheld that runs emulation software. We set it up before it ships. Compatibility and performance vary from game to game, and we describe the known limits on the product page.
3. Games and other content
Game titles, console names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. You are responsible for using the console, and any games on it, in line with the laws where you live.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses. Shipping is free and takes 10–15 business days. See Shipping & Delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
You can return your console within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See Returns & Refunds.
7. Warranty
The console comes with a one-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from delivery. It does not cover damage from drops or liquid, or normal wear on sticks and buttons.
8. Deluxe tech support
Your first 30 days include free Deluxe tech support: help with setup, settings, troubleshooting and adding content to your console. Support is provided by our team when they are available. It is a help service, not a guarantee that every question can be solved.
9. Using this website
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, disrupt it or scrape it for commercial use. If you find a security problem, tell us at [email protected].
10. Our content
The design, text and images on this site belong to RetroPorts or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking.
11. Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or saved games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. If we disagree about something, please contact us first. Most things can be settled with a conversation.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to orders you have already placed.
