Shipping & Delivery

Where it ships from, when it arrives, what to do if it doesn't.

Free U.S. shipping over $75

Orders under $75 are flat $5.95. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on your zip.

Ships in 48 hours

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday morning.

Ships from Connecticut

We're a U.S. operation. No 30-day China transit, no customs surprises, no tracking that goes dark.

Tracked, every step

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse. Real-time updates through delivery.

Delivery times

Continental U.S.: 2–4 business days after we ship. Alaska/Hawaii: 5–7 days. P.O. boxes are fine; APO/FPO works too but adds a few days.

International orders

We don't ship internationally yet. We're working on Canada and the UK for next year. If you're outside the U.S. and really want one, email us — we'll figure something out.

What if it doesn't arrive?

Tracking shows delivered but you don't have it: wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark early), then check with neighbors and your local post office. If it's still missing, email hello@retropulse.com with your order number. We'll file the claim and either replace the unit or refund you.

Tracking goes silent for 7+ days: email us. We'll investigate and either reship or refund.

What if it arrives damaged?

Take photos before opening the package if possible (so we have evidence for the carrier claim). Then take photos of the damage. Email everything to hello@retropulse.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately.

Address corrections

Realized you typed your address wrong? Email us within 30 minutes of ordering and we can probably catch it before it ships. After that, we have to wait for the carrier to attempt delivery and return-to-sender, then re-ship. Carriers usually charge an address-correction fee that we'll have to pass along.

Carrier delays

USPS and UPS occasionally have weather-related, regional, or peak-season delays. We can't control those, but we'll keep you in the loop if your tracking shows anything weird.
